Apple Support Agreements

– For each service, you can connect up to 10 devices (but only up to 5 computers) at the same time as your Apple ID, although simultaneous streams or content downloads may be limited to a small number of devices, as described below under Apple Music and Apple TV. Each computer must also be authorized with the same Apple ID (for more information on authorizing computers, see support.apple.com/HT201251). Devices can be signed in to another Apple ID every 90 days. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Apple and regulates your use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the same subject matter between you and Apple. You may also be subject to additional terms that may apply if you use partner services, third-party content, third-party software, or other services such as the Volume Purchase Program. If any part of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be construed in accordance with applicable law to best reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. Apple`s failure to impose any rights or provisions in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Apple is not responsible for failure to comply with its obligations due to causes beyond its control. Your use of our services is subject to Apple`s Privacy Policy, available in www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. You may be able to reload previously purchased content (“Reload”) to your signed-in devices with the same Apple ID (“Sign-in Devices”). You can view the types of content available for download again in your home country under support.apple.com/HT204632. Content may not be available for re-download if such content is no longer available on our services. AppleCare for Enterprise provides IT-level support for six technical contacts you have designated.
